The Axeme Recruitment Health Database and Alumni Directories assist us in our research for potential Candidates. Each HR profile is precise.
3. Candidate Selection
Individual, face-to-face interviews, verification of references.
4. HR Presentation
A selection of Candidates is presented to the Client, with a summary report for each Candidate, detailing his or her manner throughout the screening process. Assistance for final selection if needed.
5. Monitoring of integration into the Position
Axeme is in the habit of remaining in contact with the person hired for the entire length of the trial period. The Consultant is there to share the Candidate’s remarks, suggestions and recommendations to the Company for a successful integration into the position and the Company.
