Definition

Study of the job environment (structure of the company, flow chart, economic context…)
Definition of the candidate’s profile

Direct approach

Identification and selection of potential candidates targeted according to the job description (file, directory...)

Selection of the candidates

Individual interviews, references checks.

Presentation

Short list presentation to the company. Complete candidate file including interview report, resume, application form with references, and personality test results.

Integration follow-up

For the probationary period, Axeme Conseil follows the newly recruited person and informs the company of any remarks, suggestions or recommendations which would lead to an easier integration of the recruit, into the company.

Guarantee:If a person recruited leaves during the probationary period, Axeme Conseil guarantees a replacement without any additional cost, except in particular cases.
